Is there a setup cost?
Yes, we charge a one-time setup fee to design and launch your site, connect your channels, and configure your PMS. After that, you only pay the monthly subscription.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers your direct booking website hosting, system setup, maintenance, and continuous technical support from Vacanzo. We also handle all updates, backups, and integrations to keep your system running smoothly.
The Lodgify software subscription is paid directly by you, but we take care of all the technical setup, management, and support — so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Do I own my website?
Your Vacanzo website is fully hosted and managed by our team — just like other professional booking platforms. You have full use of it as long as your subscription remains active.
Unlike most PMS platforms, where you never truly own your website, Vacanzo gives you the option to take full ownership.
After 24 months of active subscription, full ownership of your website can be transferred to you free of charge.
If you’d like to own it sooner, you can request an early ownership transfer for a reduced buyout fee (depending on your plan and website value).
This simply covers the remaining development cost — ensuring fairness and flexibility for everyone.
This way, you get a professional, high-quality website without a large upfront cost — and still have the option to fully own it later.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can start with Basic and upgrade to Standard or Premium anytime as your business grows.
Do you provide training and support?
Yes. All plans include onboarding and live training sessions. Premium plans include priority support.
Do you help with SEO or Google visibility?
Yes. All websites are SEO-ready. Standard and Premium packages also include advanced SEO setup to boost your visibility on Google.
How fast can I go live?
Typically within 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your content.
